WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY WITH GUSTS AROUND 20-25 MPH POSSIBLE
THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EVENING. RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD THE
REGION FROM WEST TO EAST EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
OVERNIGHT RESULTING IN A WETTING RAINFALL. AS A COLD FRONT MOVES
THROUGH AFTER MIDNIGHT...THE RAIN MAY CHANGE OVER TO A RAIN/SNOW
MIX BRIEFLY BEFORE TAPERING OFF AS FLURRIES ON MONDAY. THERE IS A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF A THUNDERSTORM TODAY AS WELL.

RH VALUES WILL BE ON THE RISE TODAY AND REMAIN WELL ABOVE 40 PERCENT
THROUGH MONDAY. WINDS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED ON MONDAY BUT SHOULD REMAIN
