TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT BRINGING SCATTERED PRECIPITATION CHANCES.
FOR TODAY...ANY PRECIPITATION THAT DOES FALL WILL BE PLAIN RAIN
AND WILL TRANSITION FROM WEST TO EAST AFTER NOON TO A RAIN AND SNOW
MIX AND THEN TO ALL SNOW FOR THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
WILL BE LESS THAN 1 INCH AT THIS TIME. MINIMUM RH HUMIDITY VALUES
WILL BE ABOVE 40 PERCENT THROUGH THE TIME FRAME. WINDS WILL BE GUSTY
WITH SURFACE WIND GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH TODAY AND 5-10 MPH WINDS TONIGHT
AND TUESDAY. WITH HIGH MIXING HEIGHTS AND BREEZY WINDS...DISPERSION
