Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
316 PM CDT Sun Jul 23 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue
to affect the area into tonight as a weak cold front moves
into the region. Most of these storms will be small and
short-lived, but will be slow-moving. Winds will generally
be light southwesterly today and tomorrow, but will probably
switch from the northwest on Tuesday. Winds may be briefly gusty
in and near thunderstorms each day.

Fog potential over the next few days: Fog is possible in the
mornings where heavy showers or storms occur on the previous day.
Otherwise, fog is most likely in the valleys of northeastern
Alabama each morning.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Red flag conditions are not
anticipated through the period.
