Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
400 PM CDT Sun Apr 30 2017

.DISCUSSION...Patchy early morning fog development will be possible
in the southeast Monday morning but the winds should provide
mixing tonight over the remainder of the area. The upper trough
over the region today will lift out to the northeast through
Monday as a surface high builds over our southeast. Breezy winds
can be expected over the northwest half of the CWA Monday. Dry
weather tonight will continue into Wednesday morning before
another potent low pressure system brings storms back to the area.
At this time strongest storms and heaviest rain look to occur over
our southern zones Wednesday night into Thursday. The upper level
trough will linger over the region through Friday maintaining low
rain chances and below normal temperatures.
