.DISCUSSION...

A few storms remain possible across the higher elevations today, but
drier conditions for Thursday. Temperatures will gradually warm,
allowing humidity values to fall a little more each day. Fire danger
will increase on Thursday, with relative humidity values at or below
10 percent for portions of the Trans Pecos and Southeast New Mexico.
