.DISCUSSION...

Critical to extremely critical fire weather conditions are expected
again today with minimum RH values of less than 15 percent and 20
foot winds of more than 20 mph expected areawide. Many places will
experience minimum RH values in the single digits and wind gusts of
at least 45 mph gusting to as high as 75 to 80 mph in the Guadalupe
Mountains. 20 foot winds are expected to be below 20 mph after today
with less widespread low RH values.
