THE MID STATE AS THE DAY PROGRESSES ON TUESDAY. FRONTAL PASSAGES
WILL INFLUENCE THE MID STATE REGION ON FRIDAY AND INTO THE UPCOMING
WEEKEND TOO...WITH THE POTENTIAL OF BREEZY CONDITIONS ALSO.
