...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Light to moderate offshore wind event is developing this morning
with the strongest winds confined to the north and east bay hills.
Expect near or record high temperatures by this afternoon with
lowering humidity as dry northeast winds will begin to ease by later
this afternoon. Generally light offshore winds will continue tonight
into Tuesday with little or no humidity recovery for the hills. Hot
and dry conditions persist into Tuesday afternoon with single digit
humidity possible for Monterey and San Benito. Warm conditions
persist Wednesday and Thursday but offshore winds will begin to
ease by then. Long range trends keep high pressure with above
normal temperatures and dry conditions through the end of the
month.

...Discussion from SFOFWFSTO...

Building high pressure will result in warming temperatures with
lowering humidity and breezy north to east wind today into Tuesday.
Lighter wind expected Wednesday through Friday with continued well
above normal temperatures and lower humidity.
