A LOW MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN GULF FRIDAY. RAIN WILL SPREAD INTO
BARANOF ISLAND FRIDAY AS THE FRONT APPROACHES SHORE. WINDS WILL
INCREASE THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT AS WELL. THE RAIN WILL BECOME HEAVY AT
