BUILDING INTO THE REGION THE REST OF MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. EXPECT
LIGHT WINDS AND DRY/COOL CONDITIONS DURING THIS TIME. A LEESIDE TROUGH
DEVELOPS TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE CROSSES NORTHERN
NEW ENGLAND. THIS WILL RESULT IN INCREASING NORTHEAST WINDS ON WEDNESDAY.
