.DISCUSSION...
THE SOUTHWEST ALASKA REGION WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE WETTING RAINS
WITH ONSHORE FLOW AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES SWEEPING THROUGH
THE REGION. A WEATHER FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA BY SUNDAY
AFTERNOON RESULTING IN PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL.
THERE WILL BE GUSTY SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEATHER
FRONT AND THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ALONG THE SOUTHWEST COASTLINE.
THE RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE RED FLAG THRESHOLDS
WITH PLENTY OF CLOUD COVER AND RAINFALL. BY MONDAY ANOTHER DISTURBANCE
WILL BRING MORE RAIN AND COOLER TEMPERATURES TO THE SOUTHWEST ALASKA
REGION WITH THE STRONGEST SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS ALONG THE COAST.
