.DISCUSSION...

A cold front has moved through the Panhandles resulting in north-
northeast winds at 20-25 mph gusting up to 38 mph through the
afternoon. Winds are expected to decrease to less than 10 mph
between 6PM and 8PM, becoming variable as winds veer from northeast
to east between 6PM and midnight and then east to south between
midnight and 6AM. RH values will gradually be on the increase from
around 25% at 1935z to over 40% by 0000z.

For Wednesday, southwest winds will increase to 10-20 mph in the late
morning. Min RH values should stay above 20%.
