CLOUDS WILL LINGER ACROSS THE NORTH THROUGH TONIGHT BUT SOME
CLEARING IS EXPECTED IN SOUTHERN AND WESTERN IOWA TODAY INTO
TONIGHT. WINDS WILL BE LIGHTER TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO
THE STATE. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FROM THE MID 50S TO AROUND 70
PERCENT ARE EXPECTED BY MID AFTERNOON ACROSS THE STATE WITH HIGHER
VALUES ACROSS THE NORTH.
