WEEKEND. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE GUSTY IN THE AFTERNOON THROUGH
EARLY EVENING HOURS...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE RIDGES. THIS TROUGH IS
FORECAST TO CAUSE A COOLING AND MOISTENING TREND FOR SATURDAY. AN
UPPER RIDGE IS EXPECTED TO NUDGE IN FROM THE SOUTH FOR THE FIRST
