HAVE BECOME NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 20 TO 25 MPH. THIS
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...DIMINISHING TO 5 TO 10 MPH BY
SUNSET. CURRENT HUMIDITIES ARE AROUND 77 PERCENT BUT WILL FALL THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON...DROPPING TO NEAR 25 PERCENT BY 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON.
TEMPERATURES WILL RISE INTO THE MID 60S THIS AFTERNOON.
