.DISCUSSION...A SHEAR LINE ABOUT 100 MILES NORTHEAST OF OAHU IS
MOVING SOUTHWEST AT NEAR 15 MPH. A BAND OF CLOUDS AND SHOWERS
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SHEAR LINE WILL ENHANCE RAINFALL TONIGHT. THE
BAND IS EXPECTED TO STALL ACROSS THE SMALLER ISLANDS...AND BRING
ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS ON THURSDAY. THE SHEAR LINE WILL ALSO
BRING AN INCREASE IN TRADE WINDS BEHIND IT.
