.DISCUSSION...
Warming and drying conditions will continue at the burn site for a
few more days as a ridge of high pressure remains over the region.
A slight chance of convection will remain east of the project over
the Sierra Crest while the burn site see`s some afternoon cumulus
buildups. Winds will remain terrain driven with normal slope and
valley winds. By late Tuesday, a weak trough of low pressure is
still expected to move into the coast and allow for stronger
westerly winds aloft for better ventilation.

Min humidity........27-30 percent.
EYE LEVEL WINDS.....Downsloping 1-3 mph in the early morning
                    shifting to the Southwest to west 3-6 mph by
                    1000 PDT.
SURROUNDING RIDGE...Northwest to North 5-10 mph.
Mixing height.......Around 800 feet AGL early in the morning increasing
                    to 9000 feet AGL late in the day.
Transport winds.....Northwest around 8 mph.
