.DISCUSSION...
SUNNY AND SEASONABLY WARM CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED OVER THE BURN
SITE WITH WINDS EXPECTED TO LIGHT AROUND IGNITION TIME. WINDS SHOULD
BE GENERALLY FROM THE WEST STARTING AT IGNITION TIME AND GUSTING TO
10 MPH BY MID AFTERNOON. WITH THE MIXING HEIGHTS RISING CLOSE TO 4500
FEET, DISPERSION IS EXPECTED TO BE GENERALLY GOOD.

KBDI VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO BE BELOW 300 FOR TODAY. WINDS WILL DROP
OFF INITIALLY TONIGHT BUT THEN INCREASE TO AROUND 5 TO 10 MPH BY
EARLY MORNING WITH THE APPROACH A STRONG COLD FRONT. THIS WILL ALSO
ACT TO INCREASE MIXING HEIGHTS FROM BELOW 100 FEET AROUND 6 PM-10 PM
TO 1700 FEET BY SUNRISE.

THEN, THE STRONG COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO BRING A SHARP TEMPERATURE
CHANGE AND WIND DIRECTION/SPEED CHANGE ON MONDAY MORNING AROUND 7-8
AM ALONG WITH LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS. MIXING HEIGHTS ON MONDAY SHOULD
STILL RISE CLOSE TO 5500 FEET WITH GOOD DISPERSION.
