LIGHT EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS /BELOW 10 MPH/ WILL PERSIST TONIGHT
WHICH WILL AID TO INCREASE THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY INTO THE 80-90
PERCENT RANGE BY DAYBREAK. AS SUCH...LIGHT FOG AND/OR LOW CLOUDS
COULD DEVELOP. BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON...20-FOOT WINDS WILL VEER TO
THE SOUTH SOUTHEAST AT 10-15 MPH WITH GUSTS OF AROUND 25 MPH.
TEMPERATURES WARMING TO 5-8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL WILL PROMOTE
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES TO DROP INTO THE 30-40 PERCENT
RANGE...THOUGH STILL ABOVE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THRESHOLDS.
HOWEVER...SEVERAL GRASS FIRES IN RECENT DAYS CONCURRENT WITH
