.DISCUSSION...

SOUTHEAST WINDS THIS AFTERNOON WILL GRADUALLY TRANSITION TO THE
SOUTH THIS EVENING...GENERALLY WITH SIMILAR SPEEDS OVER TIME. RH
VALUES WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE AS MOISTURE INCREASES ACROSS THE
REGION AS A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES THE AREA. THIS WILL CAUSE
INCREASING PRECIPITATION CHANCES AS A RESULT...WITH THE BEST
CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION AFTER MIDNIGHT THROUGH AFTER SUNRISE
SUN. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA LATE SUN
MORNING...WITH BREEZY NW WINDS EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT. THIS
FRONT WILL ALSO BRING MUCH DRIER...BUT ALSO COOLER AIR TO THE
