.DISCUSSION...Although sunny to partly cloudy skies are expected
to prevail through the mid-morning hours, another active afternoon
is expected during the afternoon hours. Showers and isolated
thunderstorms could develop as early as noon today around the
Guaynabo area, and should last through the late afternoon hours.
Lightning, gusty winds and minor flooding is possible with this
activity.
