OVER THE PLAINS. THIS RIDGE WILL WEAKEN TO 30.1 INCHES ON
TUESDAY...ALLOWING A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES TO
DEVELOP OVER THE UPPER LAKES. BOTH THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AND LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH THURSDAY.
EXPECT THE TROUGH OVER THE UPPER LAKES TO WEAKEN ON FRIDAY AS A 30.1
INCH HIGH PRESSURE CENTER BUILDS INTO THE AREA. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2
