IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND FROM SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM 15 TO 25 BELOW LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ON WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY MORNINGS...WIND CHILLS WILL RANGE FROM
15 TO 30 BELOW.

ON THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY...A BAND OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL
BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND
SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. SNOW TOTALS AT THIS TIME LOOK TO BE AROUND A
HALF INCH.

ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATING SNOW LOOKS POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY. HOWEVER...IT IS TOO EARLY TO DISCERN SNOW AMOUNTS AT THIS
TIME.
