THE WARNINGS AND LATEST RIVER STAGES.

PATCHY FOG...POSSIBLY DENSE...WILL DEVELOP OVER THE AREA LATE TONIGHT
AND EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. EARLY MORNING SUNDAY TRAVELS MAY BE IMPACTED
BY LOW VISIBILITY AND EXTRA TRAVEL TIME.
