THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WESTERN TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT
ALONG AND EAST OF A SNYDER...GARDEN CITY...MCCAMEY...TO BIG BEND
LINE. THIS AREA IS IN A FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH TONIGHT.
ISOLATED INSTANCES OF HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING ARE
POSSIBLE WEST OF THIS LINE. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS
WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORM. RIVER FLOODING WILL BE
POSSIBLE ON THE COLORADO AND RIO GRANDE RIVERS.

STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH GUADALUPE PASS THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH AND
GUSTS TO 65 MPH POSSIBLE. A HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

MORE HEAVY RAIN AND FLASH FLOODING COULD OCCUR MONDAY FOR THE
LOWER TRANS PECOS.

STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH GUADALUPE PASS
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH
AND GUSTS TO 65 MPH POSSIBLE. A HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT.

OFFICIALS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR IMPACTS FROM FLASH FLOODING IN
BOTH RURAL AND URBAN SETTINGS. RIVER LEVEL RISES WILL ALSO
POSSIBLE ON PARTS OF THE COLORADO...PECOS...AND RIO GRANDE RIVERS
AND TRIBUTARIES.
