AT 520 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR THIMBLE
SHOALS TO SEWELLS POINT TO NEAR MONITOR MERRIMACK BRIDGE TUNNEL...
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE TUNNEL...LYNNHAVEN...1ST ISLAND BAY BRIDGE AND
CAPE HENRY WRECK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
