...STRONG WINDS POSSIBLE OVER THE WATERS THROUGH 315 AM...

The areas affected include...
  Bays and Waterways from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas...
  Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas out 20 NM...

At 121 AM CST, observations over southern portions of South Texas
indicated rapidly falling pressures with gusty winds of 25 to 35
knots at times. Some of these stronger wind gusts may impact the
southern bays and nearshore waters through 315 AM.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor if you are in small craft
until winds subside and the atmosphere resettles.
