  LAKE MICHIGAN MICHIGAN CITY IN TO ST. JOSEPH MI 5 NM OFF SHORE TO
  MID LAKE...

AT 255 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...17 NM
NORTHWEST OF BURNS HARBOR...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS
...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL
MARINE WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS REACH
THE NEARSHORE WATERS. BOATERS SHOULD BEGIN HEADING FOR SHORE BEFORE
THESE STORMS ARRIVE.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
