THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR LAKE BORGNE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10
KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
