...LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  LAKE OKEECHOBEE...

AT 704 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 NM WEST OF
BUCKHEAD RIDGE TO NEAR CALUSA TO 6 NM WEST OF MOORE HAVEN...MOVING
EAST AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 33
KNOTS...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL
MARINE WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS REACH
THE LAKE WATERS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER HEADING FOR SHORE BEFORE
THESE STORMS ARRIVE.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.

WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY. REMAIN ON THE ALERT IN
CASE WARNINGS ARE ISSUED FOR WATERSPOUT DEVELOPMENT.
