...ELEVATED SEAS TO CONTINUE OVER PORTIONS OF THE CENTRAL WATERS
THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING...

SEAS OF UP TO 6 FEET HAVE BEEN OBSERVED AT THE DIAMOND SHOALS BUOY
THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS. THESE SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST
THROUGH LATE MORNING THEN SHOULD SUBSIDE AS THE FLOW IS FORECAST
TO BE 15 KNOTS OR LESS TODAY.

SMALL CRAFT SHOULD USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING ACROSS THE CENTRAL
NORTH CAROLINA WATERS THIS MORNING.
