...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT MOST OF THE LOCAL
WATERS...

AT 455 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF DEVELOPING
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
MOSTLY OVER THE CARIBBEAN AND MONA PASSAGE. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING WEST NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING WILL BE LIKELY WITH THESE DEVELOPING STORMS. IF
CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY
FROM UNGROUNDED METAL OBJECTS.
