.A NORTH TO NORTHEAST FLOW WILL REMAIN STRONG ACROSS ALL OF THE
MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL
BECOME MORE NORTHWEST AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE PASSES EAST ACROSS
THE WATERS. SEAS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED THROUGH MID AFTERNOON AS
MODERATE NORTHWEST FLOW CONTINUES THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
