.A COLD FRONT HAS MOVED THROUGH THE AREA...VEERING WINDS
NORTHWESTERLY AND CONTINUING GUSTY WINDS AND HIGH WAVES ON THE
NEARSHORE LAKE MICHIGAN WATERS. CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS
TO SMALL CRAFT THROUGH MOST OF THE NIGHT AS WINDS AND WAVES SLOWLY
DIMINISH.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT MONDAY...

* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO
  30 KNOTS. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE EARLIER IN THE NIGHT.

* WAVES...4 TO 7 FOOT WAVES GENERATED BY THE EARLIER GALE FORCE
  WINDS WILL SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4 FEET OVERNIGHT. SOME LOCALIZED
  AREAS NEAR THE OPEN WATERS MAY SEE ISOLATED HIGHER WAVES AS
  WINDS HAVE BECOME OFFSHORE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
