ADVISORIES FOR WINDS AND SEAS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND ARE IN EFFECT

* WINDS: BECOMING SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON AND INCREASING TO 15 TO 25
  KT. SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE FURTHER THIS EVENING...REACHING
  GALE 35 TO 40 KT WITH STORM FORCE GUSTS TO 50 KT POSSIBLE
  OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUING SATURDAY.

* SEAS: WEST SWELLS WILL COMBINE WITH WIND WAVES TO PRODUCE
  COMBINED SEAS OF AROUND 10 FEET WITH DOMINANT PERIOD AROUND 8
  SECONDS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING. SEAS WILL BECOME
  MAINLY WIND DRIVEN AND RISE TO 12 TO 14 FEET 8 SECONDS TONIGHT
  THROUGH SATURDAY.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED: WINDS AND SEAS WILL INCREASE OVER THE
  SOUTHERN WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND SPREAD NORTH THROUGH THE
  WATERS THIS EVENING. ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY STRONG WINDS
  AND VERY STEEP SEAS TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY...ALTHOUGH THE
