PDT THURSDAY.

* SEAS: VERY STEEP SOUTH WIND DRIVEN SEAS AT 10 TO 12 FEET THROUGH
  TONIGHT...DECREASING TO 8 TO 10 FEET THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: SOUTH 25 TO 30 KT THROUGH TONIGHT...DECREASING TO 10 TO 15
  KT LATE THURSDAY MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL AREAS WILL BE IMPACTED BY STEEP SEAS THROUGH
  LATE TONIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND STEEPEST SEAS ARE
