...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST
TUESDAY...

* Winds...West to Northwest 15 to 25 kt gusting to 30 kt through
  this evening. Northwest winds of 10 to 20 kt will follow through
  Monday night.

* Seas...12 to 14 feet at a dominant period of 12 seconds with the
  combination of wind waves and a steep northwest swell. Swell
  will continue to build to a peak of 14 to 17 feet at 13 seconds
  on Monday. Seas will then remain high and steep through Tuesday
  afternoon.

* Areas affected...Winds will be strong across all of the waters
  into this evening then strongest south of Cape Blanco on Monday.
  All areas will be affected by high and steep seas through
  Tuesday. The next front will likely bring strong southerly
  winds on Wednesday. Another round of building seas is likely
  Wednesday into Thursday with northwest swell possibly
  approaching a peak of 20 feet.
