...GUSTY WINDS AND HIGH WAVES INTO SATURDAY MORNING...

.NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE GUSTING TO 30 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON INTO
TONIGHT WHICH WILL CAUSE WAVES TO INCREASE INTO THE 4 TO 6 FOOT
RANGE IN ICE FREE AREAS. THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE OUT TOWARD THE
OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN.

  EVENING. A FEW GUSTS UP TO 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE TOWARD THE
  OPEN WATERS. WINDS WILL DECREASE ON SATURDAY.

* WAVES: WAVES BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET BY THIS EVENING. WAVES 3
  TO 5 FEET OVERNIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE SUBSIDING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
