CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT TO
6 PM EDT TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS OF BOTH NEW JERSEY AND
  DELAWARE.

* WINDS...MAINLY SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT.

* SEAS...4 TO 6 FEET LATE MONDAY NIGHT BUILDING TO 7 TO 10 FEET
  TUESDAY.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD OCCUR IN OR NEAR HEAVY SHOWERS
  TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND MAY GUST TO GALE FORCE FOR AN
  HOUR OR TWO.

* OUTLOOK...SEAS WILL PROBABLY REMAIN ABOVE 5 FEET INTO WEDNESDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
