...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PST FRIDAY...

* Winds...West-northwest winds increasing to 20 to 25 kt this
  evening with gusts to 30 kt. Strongest winds late tonight and
  Friday.

* Waves/Seas...Combined seas 8-10 ft with a dominant period of
  7-8 seconds. Highest seas in the outer waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
