COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE WATERS LATER TODAY. 20 TO 25 KNOT
WINDS WILL DIMINISH THIS MORNING BUT SEAS UP TO 10 FEET WILL TAKE
LONGER TO SUBSIDE OFFSHORE.
