INTO IMPERIAL AND EASTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTIES...INCLUDING EL CENTRO
AND JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK...THROUGH AT LEAST 2 AM. STORMS HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35
MPH THAT CAN CREATE LOCAL BLOWING DUST AND REDUCED VISIBILITY.
MOTORISTS ON INTERSTATE 8...AND INTERSTATE 10 SHOULD DRIVE WITH CARE
UNDER RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
