TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAINFALL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH...AND SMALL
HAIL. THE HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO PONDING ON ROADWAYS AND
LOCALIZED FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
