THE EVENING. THE STRONGEST STORMS COULD STILL PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL...MINOR FLOODING...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. STORM MOTION
WILL REMAIN NORTH TO NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 MPH.
