.VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP OVER AND NEAR THE MOUNTAINS
AND ACROSS THE ADJACENT HIGHLANDS TONIGHT...THEN EXPAND THROUGHOUT
MUCH OF THE LOWER ELEVATIONS BY MID DAY SUNDAY. DAMAGING WINDS MAY
DEVELOP OVER THE PEAKS AND ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE CENTRAL
MOUNTAIN CHAIN LATER TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF SUNDAY.
MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES ARE ALSO FORECAST SUNDAY AS A COLD FRONT
PLUNGES THROUGH THE STATE FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. WIND CHILLS
IN THE LOWER 20S TO LOWER 30S ARE LIKELY SUNDAY AFTERNOON OVER
MUCH OF THE REGION.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS UP TO 65
  MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS STRENGTHENING TONIGHT AND CONTINUING THROUGH
  SUNDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE GRADUALLY DECREASING.

* VISIBILITY...CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL INCREASE TONIGHT AND INTO
  SUNDAY OVER THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS. BLOWING SNOW MAY
  REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE MILE OR LESS SUNDAY.
