* LOCATION...LOW LYING AND SHELTERED AREAS SUCH AS NEAR
  SALCHA...AROUND NORTH POLE...AND IN THE GOLDSTREAM VALLEY. THE
  URBAN FAIRBANKS AREA IS NOT INCLUDED.

* TEMPERATURE...DROPPING TO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S.
  TEMPERATURES FOR THE URBAN FAIRBANKS AREA WILL REACH THE MID
  30S.

* TIMING...EXPECT THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 2 AM AND 6 AM.
