* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES WILL RAPIDLY DROP TONIGHT. LOWS WILL
  BOTTOM OUT IN THE MIDDLE 20S TO LOWER 30S. WIDESPREAD FROST
  WILL DEVELOP.

* IMPACTS...DAMAGE AND/OR KILLING OF SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
  PEOPLE ARE ENCOURAGED TO PROVIDE PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAIN
  TONIGHT.

* TEMPERATURE OUTLOOK...MUCH WARMER CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP OVER
  THE WEEKEND AND WELL INTO NEXT WEEK...WITH NO THREAT OF
  FREEZING TEMPERATURES.
