SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA EARLY THIS MORNING. ADDITIONALLY...LIGHT ICING
IS POSSIBLE FROM THIS FOG ON ANY UNTREATED ROADS AND BRIDGES AS
TEMPERATURES HOVER NEAR OR BELOW FREEZING. LOOK FOR THE DENSE FOG
