WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE TODAY AND TONIGHT...

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AND ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS TODAY. A STRENGTHENING PRESSURE
GRADIENT WILL ALLOW GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS TO DEVELOP
ACROSS EAST CENTRAL WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
TODAY. A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WESTERN NEBRASKA
PANHANDLE. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR EVEN STRONGER WINDS LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING AS THE STORM SYSTEM STRENGTHENS. A
HIGH WIND WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THAT TIME PERIOD FOR MOST
AREAS EAST OF INTERSTATE 25 IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND WESTERN
NEBRASKA...AS WELL AS THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT AND ADJACENT SOUTH
