.A STRONG JET STREAM ALOFT WILL COMBINE WITH A STRONG PRESSURE
GRADIENT NEAR THE SURFACE TO PRODUCE VERY STRONG WINDS TODAY.
STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE IN THE ARLINGTON AREA THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...WHILE WINDS ELSEWHERE WILL EASE THIS
EVENING. SNOW SHOWERS MAY OCCUR AT TIMES IN THE HIGH VALLEYS OUT
WEST FROM THE LATE MORNING THROUGH AFTERNOON...WITH SHOWERS
DEVELOPING ALONG AND EAST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE BY LATE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. THE SNOW MIXED WITH STRONG WINDS COULD REDUCE

* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60
  MPH.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES TRAVELING THROUGH THE AREA. DRIVERS OF SUCH VEHICLES
