* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MINOR DAMAGE TO TREES, POWER LINES, AND PROPERTY ARE
  POSSIBLE WITH WIND OF THIS MAGNITUDE.

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS GREATER THAN
