THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 11 AM PST THIS MORNING. THE
AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST FRIDAY.


* SYNOPSIS: HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE OVER THE REGION THROUGH AT
  LEAST FRIDAY MORNING CONTINUING LOW LEVEL INVERSIONS AND
  GENERALLY STAGNANT AIR. THE HIGH WILL WEAKEN SOME THIS AFTERNOON
  AND WEDNESDAY RESULTING IN SOME IMPROVEMENT IN VERTICAL
  MIXING...BUT NOT ENOUGH TO COMPLETELY MIX OUT THE STAGNANT AIR
  IN THE WEST SIDE VALLEYS. THE INVERSION IS EXPECTED TO
  STRENGTHEN SOME AGAIN WEDNESDAY INTO NEXT WEEKEND BEFORE
  DISSIPATING EARLY NEXT WEEK.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: GRANTS PASS...CAVE JUNCTION...MEDFORD...
  ASHLAND...DRAIN...ELKTON...ROSEBURG...SUTHERLIN...GREEN...
  MYRTLE CREEK...CANYONVILLE...GLENDALE.
