* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory today for the base of the northern
  Blue Mountains of Oregon, southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts
  up to 50 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory Sunday, southwest
  winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
  For the second Wind Advisory, from 2 AM to 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
