DEVELOP A LOW OVER N WATERS. THIS FEATURE WILL BE A FOCUS FOR ACTIVE
AND POSSIBLY HAZARDOUS WEATHER THROUGH THE NEXT FEW DAYS OVER THE
OFFSHORE WATERS WITH LOCALLY STRONG WINDS AND HIGH SEAS AS WELL AS
THE THREAT FOR STRONG THUNDERSTORMS.
