.Synopsis... A surface low NE of the offshore waters will remain
nearly stationary through Monday, before lifting away from the area.
A strong high pressure will build far NW of the area, resulting in
breezy trade winds over the second half of the week.

.REST OF TONIGHT...North winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3 to
7 feet. North swell 11 feet. Isolated showers.
.MONDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 4 feet.
North swell 11 feet, subsiding to 9 feet in the afternoon.
Isolated showers.
.MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15
knots. Wind waves 3 to 4 feet. North swell 9 feet. Scattered
showers.

.MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...Area N of 23N, N and NE winds 15 to
20N. rest of area, N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 12 ft, highest
N of 23N.
.TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...N of 22N W of 157w, NE winds 15 to
20 kt. Area S of 20N, NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Remainder of
area, N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 11 ft Tuesday, increasing
to 6 to 13 ft Tuesday night, highest N of 23N.
