offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move S over
the waters tonight, with high pressure to follow later tonight
through Sun night. Weak low pressure will move over the area from
the W Monday, then pass E of the waters Mon night. A cold front
will approach from the NW Tue, then pass across the area Tue
night. High pressure will gradually build behind the front Wed
through Thu night.

.TONIGHT...N to NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 9 ft. Light
freezing spray.
.SUN...NW winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft. Light freezing
spray.

6 ft. Light freezing spray.
