New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pres centered about 80 nm
SE of Cape Sable this morning will move off to the NE later
today. The low will pull a trailing cold front SE across the
waters this morning. A high pressure ridge will build E into the
area later today and tonight, then pass E across the waters Wed
through Thu. Another low will approach the region from the W Thu
night into Fri, then pass SE across the waters late Fri through
Sat. Another ridge will build E into the area late Sat and Sat
night.

.TODAY...N to NE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 8 ft. Chance of
rain.
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft.
