RIDGE WILL BUILD OFFSHORE THU INTO THU NIGHT...THEN PASS E ACROSS
THE WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. DEVELOPING LOW PRES WILL MOVE OFF
THE NRN MID ATLC COAST LATE FRI NIGHT WHILE PULLING A COLD FRONT
